I recently stayed at Rawley Point in Newquay for a week-long family and surfing holiday. The house was in great condition, sparkling clean, and had a lovely kitchen with all the necessary amenities. The hot shower worked superbly, and the friendly owners even left an amazing selection of Cornish treats as a welcome gesture. The location was perfect, with stunning estuary views and just a ten-minute pleasant walk through gardens and past a beautiful boating lake to reach Newquay. I would thoroughly recommend Rawley Point for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

Stayed at a newly fitted, modern beach house with stunning views of the river. Easy access to A roads and motorways for exploring outside of town. Appreciated the local cafe, sports center, and playground for the family. the nearby pub, the Tavern In, had great food and friendly locals. a fabulous stay and felt very welcome with a thoughtful welcome basket. Cons: Honestly, there wasn't anything not to like about the stay. 😊.

I had an incredible stay at a beautiful location in Newquay with a wonderful house. Everything was provided for, from fully stocked amenities to delicious sweets for the children. The thoughtful touches, like the welcome hamper and basic condiments, made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, tucked away from the busyness of Newquay but still within walking distance. The boating lake and lakeside cafe added to the charm. The view from the house was breathtaking, and having the bedrooms downstairs allowed me to enjoy the peaceful sleep and the view at the same time. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely return if given the chance. Highly recommended!
No TV in the bedroom. The house is up a 'narrowish' drive, which may be a bit tricky to find at first.

The house was beautifully decorated, giving it a modern beach house vibe. The evening views from the balcony overlooking the river were simply breathtaking. the house was conveniently located near A roads and motorways, making it easy for us to go on tours and explore the nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the nearby cafe, sports center, and playground, which were perfect for our family with children.
We found it a bit inconvenient that there was no washing machine in the house. However, the host provided directions to facilities a few kilometers away, so it wasn't a major issue.

The house was super cool and had all the essentials, plus awesome views from the veranda. We were stoked to find out that there's a sick skate park nearby and we spent hours shredding it. The walk to the town center was wicked, past a sick boating lake. And when we wanted to explore the area, we went canoeing and it was insane! Best vacay ever!
Only thing we wished for was a banging rooftop party spot. Rawley Point is perfect for chilling with friends, but it would've been next level if there was a rooftop deck where we could crank up the tunes and have a lit party.

Our stay at Rawley Point was exceptional! We got great value for our money with a clean and well-equipped house in a picturesque location. The staff treated us wonderfully, and the welcome pack with delicious treats was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of options.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The hosts are super welcoming and the house is spotlessly clean. The location is jaw-dropping, with stunning views of the river Gannel. The welcome basket was a delightful surprise, and the extra touches made us feel right at home. Communication was top-notch from start to finish, and key collection was a breeze. The balcony was a fantastic spot to soak up the sunshine. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the attention to detail is impressive. The 12-15 minute walk to the town center may be a bit steep, but it's worth it for the amazing views. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back in the future.
